Our free demo program provides a no-obligation website demonstration build. The demo is provided as-is and does not include a guarantee of any specific outcome, traffic, or lead volume.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a completed website build, you own the deliverables we create for your business. We retain no ownership rights to your finished website.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- One-time builds require a deposit before work begins
- Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law
6. Partner Network
Participation in the Contractor Arsenal Partner Network is subject to separate terms communicated at the time of enrollment. Commission rates, payment schedules, and eligibility requirements are outlined in the partner agreement. Contractor Arsenal reserves the right to modify or terminate the partner program at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific business results including rankings, traffic, or leads. SEO and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor Arsenal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Contractor Arsenal harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
